Ampheres
Terms of Use
Effective date: 22 September 2026
These terms govern your use of ampheres.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms do not govern services we provide to clients. Those are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement. Nothing on this website creates such an agreement.
1. The site is information, not an offer
Everything on this site is for general information. Descriptions of capabilities, outcomes and ways of working are not commitments, quotes, or an offer capable of acceptance. We may change or remove content at any time.
2. Sending us a brief
You may send us a project brief or an email. Please note:
- Sending a brief does not create a client relationship, and does not obligate either of us to proceed.
- Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement, do not send confidential or secret information. We cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential.
- Do not send personal data about other people, credentials, or material you are not allowed to share.
- By sending us a brief, you permit us to read it, discuss it internally, and use it to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.
- We may decline any enquiry.
3. Our content
The site’s text, layout, code, typography, visual compositions, brand name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the pages normally. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the site’s design or content without our written permission, other than what applicable law expressly allows.
4. Acceptable use
Do not:
- interfere with the site’s operation or security,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system,
- use automated tools to extract content at scale,
- use the site to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material,
- misrepresent an affiliation with us.
5. Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites, such as our Instagram profile. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the site is limited to USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnity
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur because you used the site in breach of these terms or in violation of law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue the site, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also withdraw your access if you use the site in breach of these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8 and 10 continue to apply after your access ends.
10. General terms
A few points that apply to these terms as a whole:
- If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these terms stay in force.
- If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we do not waive our right to enforce it later.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site, and replace any earlier statements about the site.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if our business is reorganised or acquired.
- This site is published in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law gives you and does not allow to be waived.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
